  • Salary relative to experience, and ranges from $149,739 to $173,174 + super

Do you want to use data, analysis and strategic insight to shape housing outcomes across New South Wales? We’re looking for a highly motivated and experienced Manager Insights & Analysis to lead analytical work that strengthens the evidence base for housing policy and program delivery.

In this role, you’ll sit at the intersection of data, policy and strategy, turning complex information into actionable insights for senior leaders and decision‑makers. Your work will directly contribute to evidence‑based planning and support a responsive housing system across NSW.

About the role

The Manager Analysis & Insights is responsible for leading high-impact analysis and providing strategic advice to inform decision-making to support land use and housing outcomes.

You will develop insights that inform housing policy and strategic initiatives, work with stakeholders across government to develop indicators and track performance against government priorities, and support continuous improvement in data quality, visualisation and reporting.

You will bring proven people leading capabilities, demonstrable experience in translating complex data into clear insights and recommendations, and tertiary qualification in economics, planning or other relevant discipline (essential).
