
Key Responsibilities
•Support and manage end-to-end project execution for payment domain initiatives (payment channels, collections, reconciliation, settlement).
•Coordinate with business, IT, and vendor teams for requirements gathering and execution.
•Assist in preparation and tracking of BRD, FSD, test cases, and deployment plans.
•Track project milestones, dependencies, risks, and issues; escalate where required.
•Support SIT, UAT, production rollout, and post go-live activities.
•Prepare status reports, dashboards, MOMs, and governance updates.
•Ensure adherence to agreed timelines, scope, and quality standards.
•Support change management and release coordination activities.
Required Skills
•Understanding of IT project management (Techno-Functional) and SDLC.
•Exposure to payment systems / digital payment channels / collections platforms.
•Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.
•Good documentation and communication abilities.
•Hands-on experience with MS Excel, PowerPoint, and tracking tools (JIRA / MS Project preferred).
Experience & Education
•5-8 years of experience in IT project coordination or project management.
•Experience in Banking, Financial Services, or FinTech preferred.
•Graduation in Engineering / IT / Computer Science or equivalent.
•PMP / Agile certification – good to have (not mandatory).
