The Security Administrator is responsible for administering and maintaining identity and access management processes, managing internal certificates, and supporting infrastructure‑level security compliance activities. The role ensures that user access rights are properly governed, certificates remain valid and securely deployed, and IT asset administration aligns with internal controls and regulatory expectations.
Main Responsibilities:
Identity & Access Administration
Conduct the regular user profile review exercise, including coordinating ID revalidation activities on various platforms (e.g., AIX, AS/400, Windows, etc.).
Perform system and application account provisioning, including user ID creation, modification and deletion on IT asset devices (e.g., AIX, AS/400, Windows, etc.).
Ensure access rights are granted, reviewed, and maintained in accordance with established approval workflows and segregation‑of‑duty requirements.
Certificate & Key Management
Manage the lifecycle of TLS/SSL certificates across relevant systems and platforms, including issuance, renewal, revocation, and secure storage.
Maintain accurate records of certificate lifecycle status and ensure timely updates to prevent service disruption.
Maintain an accurate and up-to-date inventory of encryption keys, ensuring proper rotation and access control.
Incumbent Requirements:
Education and Qualification
A bachelor's degree / diploma in computer science, information technology, or a related discipline is preferred.
Possess ECF-Cybersecurity recognized certificates is preferred.
Work Experience
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in security administration or a similar role.
Experience in banking industry is preferred.
Technical Skills
Sound knowledge on security administration and identity access management

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
