Work That Matters, People Who Care.
Creating meaningful employment opportunities for Indigenous Peoples takes more than recruitment. It requires strong community relationships, consistent candidate engagement and the ability to turn employment commitments into measurable results.
As Manager, Indigenous Employment, you will connect Indigenous candidates and communities with employment, training and career-development opportunities across our operations in Canada. You’ll build relationships in communities, represent Dexterra at events and career fairs, support candidates on their path toward employment, and work with Recruitment and Operations to align outreach with workforce needs.

Just as importantly, you’ll bring structure and accountability to this work by maintaining accurate records and delivering clear, professional reporting on Indigenous employment activities and outcomes for our company, clients and government stakeholders.
We’re looking for someone who can build trust with people and manage the details behind the relationships. You can be equally effective having a one-on-one conversation with a candidate, participating in a community event, presenting to a client or preparing a detailed employment report.
