Goodwill North Texas is seeking an Artworks Manager in Training (MIT) to support our ArtWorks program, where creativity meets purpose. This unique opportunity combines leadership development, participant support, program operations, and community engagement in a mission-driven environment.
As an ArtWorks MIT, you will work directly with adults, adolescents, and children with disabilities or disadvantages, providing art coaching, facilitating creative opportunities, and supporting participants in building confidence, independence, and life skills through artistic expression. You will also gain hands-on experience in program leadership, gallery operations, event coordination, and compliance management while preparing for future management responsibilities.
