About the Role
The Manager in Training (MIT) program is a structured leadership development program designed to prepare candidates for a Store Manager position. During this approximately 12-week program, you will gain hands-on experience across all aspects of store operations, leadership, and performance management.
This role is ideal for individuals who are motivated to grow into a leadership position and are eager to learn how to run a successful retail operation.
