Manager Implementation
What you will be doing:
Implementation Manager is responsible for the overall technical project execution of installing Stanson’s AI-driven products, serving as the primary contact for the customer during the implementation, collaborating with health system leadership and Stanson team members to align with client strategic objectives and initiatives. Implementation Manager provides technical support and owns troubleshooting throughout the customer life-cycle as well ongoing maintenance and deployments of Stanson content and analytics. Internally, Implementation Manager will collaborate with other teams to improve company processes related to implementing Stanson products.
Key Responsibilities
Implementation Management– 60%
Act as primary point of contact between customer and Stanson during installation; ensure customer satisfaction with implementation and escalate issues when appropriate
Manage multiple customer implementations concurrently, meeting timelines established in project plans
Collaborate and effectively communicate project and technical information to internal Stanson teams and client teams
Provide subject matter expertise on how Stanson products function and integrate with client EHR systems
Investigate issues and troubleshoot technical challenges
Participate in reviews / evaluations of implementation processes and offer feedback and recommendations for improvement
Client Support – 20%
Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing client base
Maintain effective lines of communication among internal and client stakeholders
Act as a technical lead on ongoing operational calls with clients
Perform updates in tandem with client technical analysts
Create and manage issues and tickets relating to implemented products
Internal Projects and Technical Troubleshooting – 20%
Assist with technical implementation and troubleshooting of internal projects and initiatives as needed
Provide business recommendations and support the development of new Stanson products and tools as needed
Required Qualifications
Work Experience:
Years of Applicable Experience - 5 or more years
Education:
High School Diploma or GED (Required)
Preferred Qualifications
Skills:
Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and own their resolutions
Ability to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously
Ability to interact well with customers / strong customer support ethic
Ability to effectively communicate complex problems internally and externally
Proven success in information systems implementation and support
Experience:
5 or more years of relevant experience in the healthcare industry
Prior experience implementing or supporting the Epic or Cerner software systems (e.g. Epic certification, Cerner clinical application build, etc.)
Prior experience implementing products with AI-driven models
Prior experience in Hospital and/or Professional Billing, Claims, or Revenue Cycle
Clinical experience (RN, MA, etc.) a plus
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree

Jobs are sedentary if movement is required only occasionally, and all other sedentary criteria are met.Premier’s compensation philosophy is to ensure that compensation is reasonable, equitable, and competitive in order to attract and retain talented and highly skilled employees. Premier’s internal salary range for this role is $90,000 - $150,000. Final salary is dependent upon several market factors including, but not limited to, departmental budgets, internal equity, education, unique skills/experience, and geographic location. Premier utilizes a wide-range salary structure to allow base salary flexibility within our ranges.
