Position Responsibilities:
Lead a team of Business Analysts to develop and maintain reporting for tier 1 hiring operations. Provide vision, direction, and day-to-day management for the team. Promote best practices and standards for SQL, Python, and AWS services solutions. Provide deep dive analysis to support process improvement for central operations, quality, tech implementation, and data science. Establish a repeatable process and structure to scale the business. Providing data-based strategic direction to identify and address business issues and opportunities. Plan, manage, and control the activities of a team or teams of analysts that provides business intelligence and strategic planning support for business segments or the company at large. Lead initiatives to analyze complex business problems and issues using data from internal and external sources.
40 hours / week, 8:00am-5:00pm, Salary Range: $154,600/year to $193,200/year

Basic Qualifications
Position Requirements:
Master's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Mathematics, Information Technology and Management, or a related field and one year of experience in the job offered or a related occupation. Employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Mathematics, Information Technology and Management, or a related field and five years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or a related occupation as equivalent to the Master’s degree and one year of experience. Must have one year of experience in the following skills: (1) analyzing data utilizing Excel, SQL, and Python; (2) experience with data visualization tools including Tableau, QuickSight, or PowerBI; (3) salaried workforce project or program management experience in a global supply chain, production, procurement, distribution, or logistics environment; and (4) experience using lean process improvement, six sigma methodologies, and using data and metrics to measure impact, determine process improvements, and translate results into actionable insights.#0000
