Manager, Human Resources, LATAM
Ready to lead HR across Latin America? We're looking for anHR leader who gets it— the complexity of multi-country compliance, the nuance of cross-cultural relationships, and the joy of actually helping people thrive at work. You will be part of a talented team of 20 HR professionals throughout the Americas region, but report to the Regional Director of Latin America. This is an on-site position in Mexico City.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Business Partnership: Be the go-to for managers and employees across LATAM. Partner with leadership on people strategy, org design, and performance.
Talent Acquisition: Own end-to-end recruiting and make sure every new hire feels genuinely welcomed — not just onboarded.
Employee Relations: Navigate complex situations with empathy and fairness. Champion engagement initiatives that actually land.
Compliance & Labor Law: Keep us sharp across all LATAM markets: employment contracts, local legal counsel, payroll partners — you've got it covered.
Comp & Benefits: Benchmark, adapt, and make sure our programs are competitive everywhere from Buenos Aires to Bogotá.
HR Operations: Keep the HRIS humming, pull regional dashboards, and find ways to make every process a little smoother.
Qualifications:
You have a college degree and 7+ years HR generalist or HRBP experience, with 2+ years managing all HR areas
Strong labor law knowledge across very different regulatory environments is a real must, not just a nice-to-have
HRIS expertise — Workday experience a plus
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
Fluency in Spanish and English. Portuguese a definite plus
