The Manager, HRBP delivers strategic and direct HR support to the Tiffany IT organization and acts as a trusted advisor to IT leaders and employees, helping translate the ongoing IT transformation into effective people practices. Key areas of focus include onboarding IT talent, supporting organizational and capability changes, and partnering on global HR initiatives that strengthen collaboration and a shared culture across locations.
LOCATION: This role is based in-person in Paris.
This role is reporting to the HR Director based in New York.
In partnership with the Corporate Groups Talent Acquisition team and local stakeholders, shape recruitment and assessment approaches for priority IT roles to strengthen talent pipelines.
In alignment with global onboarding develop, manage and deliver tailored onboarding plans for new IT hires, in partnership with managers and key stakeholders, to accelerate integration, build organizational understanding, and establish the conditions for long-term success.
Translate talent performance and career discussions into clear, individualized action plans that support development, mobility, and succession priorities.
Leverage LVMH network when sourcing new capabilities & roles.
Coach IT managers on people leadership, performance, engagement, and the consistent application of HR policies and practices.
Provide sound guidance on employee matters in line with French labor law, LVMH and Tiffany values and partner with specialist teams on complex or sensitive situations.
Use employee feedback and workforce insights to identify themes, strengthen employee experience, and recommend targeted actions.
Lead global organization and culture transformation projects.
Strengthen a shared global IT culture by promoting collaboration, inclusion, and awareness of different ways of working across Paris, New York, and other locations.
Represent Paris-based perspectives in global discussions and connect leaders with relevant Tiffany and LVMH resources, expertise, and networks.
