- 10 to 15 years of proven H&S experience in construction or O&M for renewable energy or industrial projects.
- Strong knowledge of Indian H&S regulations, codes, and industry standards.
- Effective leadership and managerial skills to handle complex site situations and guide cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Power BI for data analysis, reporting, and presentations.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Fluency in English and Hindi, both spoken and written.

Location

Pune, India – On Site. This role involves frequent travel to construction and O&M project sites across India, including at short notice.

What We Offer

- A competitive salary package aligned with your experience and expertise in the renewable energy sector.
- A career path with real growth opportunities within a global energy leader operating in over 30 countries.
- Diverse and stimulating missions across multiple project sites, technologies, and teams.
