Job Title Manager HRIS

AApply industry knowledge to improve effectiveness, provide guidance, and influence processes and policies for the HRIS discipline, as well as identify and resolve technical, operational, and organizational problems that impact effectiveness. Address resource and operational challenges by appropriately adapting departmental plans and priorities. Apply mathematical principles or statistical approaches to solve problems in scientific or applied fields. Determine appropriate methods for data analysis. Present research results to others. Utilize understanding of HRIS concepts, theories, principles, and basic knowledge of other related disciplines. Design computer modeling or simulation programs.

Consult with managers on effective staff assignments and strategy. Evaluate data quality and develop scientific or mathematical models. Lead Global Reporting Team to maintain employee dashboards, reports, and data which are utilized to drive business decisions and tactics. Develop detailed project plans. Collaborate with others to resolve information technology issues. Conduct research to gain information about products or processes. Manage Kissflow Configurations related to HR data. Analyze data to identify or resolve operational problems. Support implementation of standard communications, processes, and reporting for HR annual cycle activities. Troubleshoot issues with computer applications or systems. Ensure employee differentiation process is clearly communicated and executed. Analyze project data to determine specifications or requirements. Support the execution of performance improvement plans and provide consultation as necessary. Apply information technology to solve business or other applied problems. Support execution of leadership development programs and expectations to maximize workforce productivity. Ensure leadership development needs are appropriately met. Analyze data to identify trends or relationships among variables. Monitor workforce productivity, retention, and engagement for trends and changes that require intervention. Support effective implementation and execution of employee engagement surveys and plans. Train others on work processes. Provide support needed, insight and analysis of the annual wage and bonus planning process. Lead efforts to ensure effective utilization of systems and make recommendations as needed. Provide support, insight, and coaching to leadership teams. Ability to strike a balance between systems thinking, HR program execution, and process innovation. Take the initiative and build strong and productive personal relationships. Review professional literature to maintain professional knowledge. Utilize understanding of coding from IT programs for integrations. Utilize knowledge of different country legislations to apply into systems configuration.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, plus 5 years of progressive HR experience and using HR programs including Peoplesoft, Oracle (HCM), Tableau, Dell Boomi, PowerBI, Linking Databases, SAP, Org Management, Data Loads and Reporting.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS: Up to 20% domestic and international travel required.
