About the Role

The Manager, HR Operations is responsible for leading core HR operations processes across México, including HRIS governance, payroll coordination, total rewards administration, talent management processes, workforce planning, and employee lifecycle support. This role serves as a key partner to regional and country HR teams, Finance, external vendors, and global stakeholders, helping ensure data quality, compliance, operational excellence, and effective people processes across the organization.

Key Responsibilities Include

  • Lead HRIS governance, data quality, analytics, and data harmonization initiatives across the Americas region.
  • Support regional HR analytics and reporting, including headcount, turnover, promotions, recruiting metrics, and workforce data reconciliation.
  • Act as a subject matter expert and project coordinator for HRIS upgrades, deployments, enhancements, and special projects.
  • Support training and governance activities for HR systems, including SuccessFactors, PeopleDoc, ATOSS, payroll systems, and employee portals.
  • Support the administration of compensation and benefits programs, annual compensation reviews, market benchmarking, and job grading activities.
  • Monitor compliance with compensation policies and support pay equity and market competitiveness analyses.
  • Coordinate payroll operations for México and serve as the primary liaison with external payroll providers.
  • Manage payroll calendars and ensure timely processing of bonuses, profit sharing, vacation premiums, Christmas bonuses, and merit increases.
  • Administer performance management, individual development plan, and talent review processes at country level.
  • Act as key user for workforce planning activities, position management, cost simulations, and workforce cost reporting.
  • Support employee lifecycle activities and provide guidance on HR policies, benefits, leave administration, compensation, and related inquiries.

About You

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field is required.
  • At least 6 years of relevant HR Operations experience within a global organization is required.
  • Experience working with SuccessFactors and HR information systems is required.
  • Experience supporting payroll processes and compensation programs is required.
  • Knowledge of Mexican Labor Law is required.
  • Advanced Excel and data management skills, with strong business acumen, are required.
  • Project management experience is required.
  • Certification in Total Rewards is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail, ability to manage multiple priorities, and capability to work independently and collaboratively are required.
  • Conversational English is required.
