HR Manager – Mexico

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and hands-on HR Manager to lead the full spectrum of Human Resources operations across Mexico.

This role plays a key part in partnering with business leaders, driving talent strategies, and ensuring a high-performance, compliant, and engaging work environment.

You will act as the HR leader for the country, working closely with local and regional stakeholders, while leading a small but impactful HR team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of HR professionals (HRBP, Analyst, and Generalists)
• Partner with business leaders to drive talent processes, including hiring, onboarding, development, and performance management
• Oversee employee and labor relations, including union interactions when applicable
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies
• Manage HR operations, including payroll, benefits, and vendor relationships
• Collaborate with global and regional HR teams to implement programs (Compensation, Talent, OD, etc.)
• Drive Strategic Workforce Planning and Talent Reviews
• Support organizational development, engagement, and culture initiatives
• Represent HR as a trusted advisor and change agent across the organization
• Maintain strong on-site presence, fostering open communication and employee engagement

What We’re Looking For

• 7–10 years of experience in Human Resources, including leadership roles
• Experience in multinational environments
• Strong knowledge of Mexican labor law and employee relations
• Experience managing complex, multi-site organizations
• Exposure to union environments is highly preferred
• Proven change management and stakeholder management skills
• Advanced English (spoken and written)
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Labor Relations, Law, or related field
• Experience with HR systems (SAP SuccessFactors is a plus)
• Willingness to travel occasionally
