Job Responsibilities


Interior Design Review & Coordination

  • Review interior design proposals and drawings from external consultants.

  • Identify areas for refinement and enhancement.

  • Support executive walkthroughs and capture design feedback in real time.

  • Engage with external interior design consultants to implement changes.

  • Lead partial redesign and act as an ‘in-house’ design service where required.

  • Review and provide feedback on project design documents, including Concept, SD and DD stages.

FF&E, OS&E Design & Development

  • Provide creative input on product selection and material compatibility.

  • Review floor plans and develop installation strategies.

  • Review FF&E / OS&E creative proposals and provide informed input.

  • Design bespoke FF&E / OS&E where required.

  • Manage the development process from concept through to sampling.

  • Support staging and placement of OSE within the environment.

Specification & Documentation

  • Create conceptual sketches, renderings and layouts as required on A&A projects.

  • Create and maintain detailed specification trackers for FF&E and OSE (critical responsibility).

  • Ensure accuracy and clarity of materials, finishes, and dimensions.

  • Track sample status and approvals.

Reporting & Risk Management

  • Provide clear, structured updates to Management

  • Identify risks to design intent, timelines, or quality early.

  • Propose practical solutions to mitigate risks.

  • Maintain transparency across all project activities.

Job Requirements

Education & Certification

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, Architecture, or related Built Environment discipline.


Experience

  • 3-7+ years in hospitality interior design, FF&E, or high-end residential/commercial projects.

Other Prerequisites

  • Highly independent and self-directed.

  • Detail-oriented with strong design judgment.

  • Calm and responsive in fast-moving environments.

  • Strong communication skills with both creative and operational teams.

  • Comfortable working directly with executive stakeholders.
