Promote, train, develop relationships and processes with selected Brokerage partner, working in collaboration and partnership with Sun Life Hong Kong HNW team to bring the broker and Sun Life Hong Kong and Partners closer together.

The Manager, High Net Worth Business Development has the following key roles and purposes with focus on HNW and international brokers :

  • Drive HNW sales across strategic partnerships

  • Drive and support on key HNW relationships

  • Help support our reach and breadth of HNW relationships across HK and international partners

  • Support the development and expertise in Wealth Structuring at SLHK and with the various channels

Job Requirements:

  • University Degree, Major in marketing / Business Admin preferred

  • At least 9+ years experience in HNW/Broker/Bank sales, preferably with experience in distribution channel sales

  • Strong working knowledge of HNW Insurance business and understand of current market situation.

  • Experience of distribution sales operation with strong understanding of consumer attitude and behaviour

  • Excellent presentation, communication and negotiation skills

  • Ambitious in business growth with proven track record to build strong connection with distribution channel & clients

  • Able to work under pressure

  • Be always to give recommendations and contribute new ideas for improvement

  • Strong computer skills including PowerPoint, Words, & Excel

  • Fluent in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
