Your Mission (Should You Choose to Accept It)

As a Manager, you’ll get the chance to:

• Lead large-scale consulting engagements from strategy design to implementation, ensuring excellence in project delivery and client satisfaction.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior executives, providing high-impact strategic guidance and tailored solutions.
• Drive the creation of innovative market offers and lead complex RFP responses.
• Help clients redesign their operating models and organizational structures, leveraging industry best practices and benchmarks.
• Structure advanced performance management models, design key dashboards, and implement robust governance frameworks.
• Build and maintain strong executive-level relationships with clients, anticipating needs and delivering actionable insights.
• Identify and capitalize on high-potential business development opportunities, contributing directly to the firm’s growth strategy.
• Inspire, mentor, and lead high-performing teams, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Be a key driver of positive transformation within both client organizations and the BearingPoint Luxembourg office.

Your Profile

You’re the right fit if you:

• Have 10+ years of professional experience with a strong track record in management consulting or strategic advisory.

• Hold a master’s degree from a top-tier business or engineering school, ideally complemented by an MBA or equivalent.

• Speak fluently French and English (German is a strong asset).

• Know the Luxembourg financial sector and rely on a well-established professional network.

• Bring expertise in banking, wealth management, or asset servicing, with solid knowledge of regulatory and technological challenges.

• Drive business development by opening and growing client accounts.

• Lead teams with strong management and interpersonal skills, engaging senior stakeholders effectively.

• Think strategically with strong analytical skills and a results-driven approach.

• Apply consulting methodologies and frameworks to ensure high-quality delivery and scalability.

• Act as a brand ambassador and thought leader within the firm and the market.

• Develop people and foster team growth through leadership experience.
