JOB SCOPE:
This role supports the development and execution of health customer marketing campaigns and engagement initiatives to drive business growth, customer retention, cross-selling opportunities, and customer acquisition. The incumbent will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to coordinate and deliver campaigns across multiple customer segments, execute customer engagement activities, manage campaign communications, and monitor performance outcomes. The role also supports campaign reporting, stakeholder engagement, process improvements, and operational readiness to ensure effective campaign delivery and a positive customer experience.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1.Build and execute customer campaigns for health
Support the execution of end-to-end customer campaigns for the health business to drive business growth and customer value.
2. Drive campaign delivery excellence
Project manage health customer campaigns from ideation through execution, ensuring timely delivery, operational readiness, stakeholder alignment, and effective launch outcomes.
3. Collaborate across the business
Work closely with Agency, Marketing, Operations, Technology, Actuarial and other stakeholders to deliver customer campaigns, business initiatives, and process improvement projects.
4. Activate distribution and customer engagement
Drive campaign awareness and adoption through sales channels and customer touchpoints, ensuring strong engagement from both internal and external stakeholders.
5. Turn insights into performance
Monitor campaign performance, analyze customer responses and engagement outcomes, identify opportunities for optimization, and recommend actions to improve effectiveness and ROI.
6. Front campaign reporting and presentations
Prepare performance reports, business presentations, management updates, and analytical insights to support decision-making and stakeholder engagement.
7. Drive continuous improvement and innovation
Continuously enhance campaign design, customer communications, fulfillment processes, and operational workflows to improve customer experience and business outcomes.
8. Own campaign support and governance
Manage campaign enquiries through dedicated communication channels, provide timely support to stakeholders, and ensure campaign execution complies with internal governance and operational requirements.
JOB SPECIFICATION
a. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
b. Experience
Minimum 2 - 5 years of relevant experience in product development, customer engagement, product activation, or customer marketing roles.
Experience in insurance product management and/or managing end-to-end marketing or customer campaigns, particularly within the Agency distribution channel, is a strong advantage.
Exposure to health or financial services businesses, with proven involvement in driving commercial outcomes, is preferred.
c. Knowledge & Skills
Good understanding of how insurance products are positioned, sold, and activated.
Strong understanding of customer marketing, campaign management, and customer engagement strategies.
Strong project management and stakeholder management capabilities.
Good analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from campaign performance data.
Excellent presentation, communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with confidence engaging Agency, Marketing, Operations, Technology, Actuarial and large distribution groups.
Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment.
Experience in insurance, financial services, customer engagement or customer marketing is an advantage.
