As a Manager, Hazard Communication based in Morristown, NJ, you will play a key role in ensuring that Arxada’s global product portfolio meets the highest regulatory, safety, and compliance standards. You will guide a team of product safety professionals, shaping the quality and accuracy of Safety Data Sheets (SDS), product labels, and hazard classifications across multiple global jurisdictions. Essential Job Functions
Qualifications & Experience
The expected salary for this role is $120,000 to $150,000 annually but specific employee compensation may vary depending on factors including experience, education, training, licensure, certification, location and other job‑related, non‑discriminatory factors permitted by law. The schedule is primarily remote, but you’ll be required to work in the office at least 1–2 days per week, with availability to collaborate across global time zones as needed.

**Microbial Control Solutions (MCS)** focuses on threats posed by microorganisms to people and planet through five distinct business lines including Professional Hygiene, Home & Personal Care, Wood Protection, Paints & Coatings and Material Protection. *
*Nutrition, Care & Environmental (NCE),** meanwhile, provides materials used to manufacture composites for electronics, aerospace and other markets, as well as vitamins and nutritional ingredients, chemicals and performance intermediates, and raw materials for a wide range of high-performance applications.
