From transforming everyday experiences in mobile, broadband, entertainment and lifestyle services to enabling enterprises with AI, 5G+, cloud, cybersecurity, data centres and digital platforms, we create the technology that powers how millions live, work and connect.

At Singtel, your work creates real impact. You'll shape the devices and propositions that millions of customers use every day, partnering with leading global handset brands to deliver innovative products and compelling customer experiences.

This is where BIG Possibilities become reality.

Be a Part of Something BIG!

As the Manager, Hardware Marketing, you will own the commercial success of assigned handset brands by driving product strategy, pricing, vendor partnerships and go-to-market execution.

Working closely with global device manufacturers and cross-functional teams, you will develop compelling product propositions, lead integrated marketing campaigns and optimise portfolio performance to drive hardware revenue, customer acquisition and market competitiveness.

How You will Make An Impact:

  • Own the end-to-end commercial performance of assigned handset brands, including revenue, profitability and product lifecycle management.
  • Develop pricing strategies, promotional offers and value propositions that maximise commercial performance and strengthen market competitiveness.
  • Build strong partnerships with handset vendors, leading commercial negotiations, joint business planning and marketing investments.
  • Lead go-to-market planning and execution for new handset launches, seasonal campaigns and portfolio refreshes across all customer channels.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Digital, Retail and Consumer Operations teams to deliver integrated marketing campaigns and exceptional customer experiences.
  • Drive in-base upsell, cross-sell and customer acquisition initiatives to increase hardware sales, attachment rates and overall revenue.
  • Monitor portfolio performance through financial reporting, sales analysis and commercial insights, recommending actions to optimise results.
  • Conduct competitive analysis on pricing, products, promotions and market trends to identify opportunities and maintain market leadership.
  • Manage marketing operations, including pre-sales readiness, post-sales processes, rebate claims and operational governance.
  • Handle customer escalations relating to handset products, promotions and commercial policies, working closely with internal stakeholders to deliver timely resolutions.
  • Develop business cases for new initiatives and evaluate commercial opportunities, investment returns and business impact.
  • Continuously improve business processes and reporting to enhance operational efficiency and commercial execution.

Skills for Success:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or a related discipline.
  • At least 5–7 years of experience in Product Marketing, Category Management or Commercial Marketing, preferably within the telecommunications, mobile device, consumer electronics or hardware industry.
  • Strong experience managing product portfolios, pricing strategies and commercial performance.
  • Proven experience leading go-to-market planning and integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Strong vendor management and commercial negotiation skills.
  • Experience managing P&L, revenue performance and financial analysis.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive commercial decisions.
  • Experience conducting market research, competitive analysis and product positioning.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across multiple business functions.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills, with experience creating compelling presentations and business cases.
  • Experience with Power BI or similar business intelligence tools is an advantage.
  • Detail-oriented, commercially driven and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
