Job Description

The Manager, Growth Analytics & Strategic Insights plays a critical role in advancing Aramark's enterprise growth strategy by leading data-driven analysis, performance measurement, predictive modeling, and executive reporting initiatives across the Growth organization.

This position serves as a strategic analytics partner to the 20x30 Growth Team and Enterprise Partnership Group (EPG). The role is responsible for transforming complex business data into actionable insights that support growth strategy execution, enterprise opportunity identification, customer retention, cross-line-of-business expansion, and revenue acceleration.

The ideal candidate combines advanced analytical expertise with strong business acumen and executive presence. This individual will lead the development of analytical frameworks, growth models, dashboards, forecasting tools, and performance metrics that enable leadership to make informed decisions, prioritize resources, and achieve enterprise growth objectives.

Job Responsibilities

Growth Strategy & Enterprise Analytics Responsibilities

• Lead the development and management of enterprise growth analytics supporting the 20x30 strategy and broader Growth organization priorities.
• Design and maintain executive dashboards, scorecards, and performance reporting that measure progress against key growth objectives and strategic initiatives.
• Create predictive and prescriptive models that identify revenue expansion opportunities, account growth potential, and customer retention risks.
• Support the Enterprise Partnership Group (EPG) by developing account prioritization methodologies, target identification models, whitespace analysis, opportunity scoring, and market intelligence insights.
• Lead the analysis of customer, sales, supplier, operational, and market data to identify trends and recommend actions that improve business performance.
• Translate complex analytical findings into concise, executive-ready presentations and recommendations for senior leadership.
• Support business case development, scenario modeling, and investment analyses that inform enterprise growth decisions.
• Utilize Power BI, Salesforce, SQL-based tools, Excel, Power Query, and other business intelligence platforms to deliver actionable business insights.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership on growth performance, market opportunities, and strategic business priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in Business, Analytics, Data Science, Economics, Finance, Statistics, or a related field preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, strategy, consulting, sales operations, revenue operations, finance, or related analytical disciplines.
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI, Excel, Power Query, and enterprise reporting and visualization tools.
• Experience developing executive dashboards, KPI frameworks, forecasting models, and strategic performance reporting.
• Experience working with Salesforce and related CRM analytics platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to build predictive, financial, and operational models that support strategic decision making.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize large and complex data sets into actionable insights.
• Experience presenting data-driven recommendations to senior executives and influencing business decisions.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and lead cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to connect analytics to financial and operational outcomes.
• Self-starter with a demonstrated ability to work independently, navigate ambiguity, and drive results.
