Job Description

Job Purpose:

• Lead the development, maintenance and enhancement of technology risk reporting, dashboards and analytics to support effective risk oversight across the Group.
• Consolidate and analyse risk information to provide meaningful insights on technology risk exposure, trends and emerging risk themes.
• Support informed decision-making by Senior Management and governance committees through timely, accurate and actionable risk reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Risk Reporting & Dashboard

• Develop and maintain technology risk dashboards, management reports and governance committee reporting across the Group.
• Consolidate and analyse risk metrics, KRI performance, incidents, control issues, risk assessments and other technology risk information.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency and completeness of risk reporting and dashboards to support effective risk monitoring and decision-making.

Risk Analytics & Insight

• Analyse technology risk trends, concentrations and emerging risk themes to support proactive risk management.
• Identify key observations and risk insights from multiple data sources and communicate meaningful findings to management.
• Support the development of risk reporting enhancements and analytics capabilities to improve risk visibility and oversight.

Governance, Reporting & Stakeholder Management

• Engage with Technology, Risk, Compliance and other stakeholders to obtain, validate and consolidate technology risk information.
• Prepare management presentations, reporting packs and committee materials for governance forums and senior management.
• Support continuous improvement of reporting standards, data quality and risk analytics practices across the Group.

Job Specification

• Experienced technology risk professional with strong knowledge of risk reporting, data analysis and technology risk governance practices.
• Good understanding of technology, cybersecurity and operational risk management within financial institutions or regulated environments.
• Strong analytical, reporting and communication skills with the ability to translate risk data into meaningful management insights.
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Cyber Security, Risk Management, Data Analytics, Information Systems or related discipline.
• Professional qualification in a related discipline will be an added advantage. Professional certifications such as CRISC, CISA, CISM, CISSP, COBIT or data analytics related certifications are preferred.
• Minimum 5–8 years' experience in Technology Risk, Operational Risk, Risk Reporting, Risk Analytics, IT Audit or Risk Governance.
• Experience in management reporting, dashboard development, KRI monitoring and risk data analysis.
• Experience within financial institutions or highly regulated environments will be an added advantage.
