Manager - Governance & Conduct

Eligibility

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree preferably a Master’s, from an HEC-recognized institute/university (Professional certification will be an added advantage)
• Qualification in Islamic Finance will be an added advantage.

Skills

• Governance, conduct risk, and banking control framework knowledge.
• Control gap identification and remediation.
• Report writing, MIS, presentations, and stakeholder coordination.
• Strong communication skills; proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI (preferred).

Experience

• Minimum 5 years' relevant working experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Implementing and monitoring the Bank's Conduct & Governance framework across all units.
• Monitoring customer conduct, service quality, governance indicators, and driving corrective actions.
• Developing governance reports, dashboards, and management presentations for senior leadership.
• Coordinating with stakeholders, supporting policy development, and driving governance awareness and continuous improvement initiatives.
