The Manager, Go-To-Market Operations owns and drives critical path operations and logistics that enable the Brand to be Go-To-Market ready. This role leads the planning and delivery of key milestones including Concept Validation (COVA), The Handover, Go-To-Market Sign-Off (GTMSO), and Prelines.

Working across Global Business Units, Sales, Marketing, Creative Direction, Events, Workplaces, Markets, and agency partners, this position ensures meetings, samples, showrooms, and GTM content are delivered with quality and on time. The role is strategically important in creating an effective environment for Markets and Key Accounts to engage with product and successfully prepare for sell-in.

IMPORTANT NOTE: This is a Limited Duration position. Employment is intended for a defined period based on business needs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Market and Account Interaction: Manage Concept Validation and Preview activities by coordinating meetings between Global teams, Markets, and Accounts to validate product concepts throughout the creation process.

• Prelines Planning: Lead Prelines preparation, including visit calendars for Markets and Accounts, Global team participation, meeting logistics, and showroom readiness.

• GTM Milestone Management: Plan and execute key Go-To-Market milestones, including The Handover and Go-To-Market Sign-Off, to support high on-time and in-full delivery of GTM content.

• Milestone Coordination: Manage agendas, participants, agencies, cross-functional teams, and operational requirements to ensure effective execution of GTM milestones.

• Sample Management: Manage sample ordering, tracking, inbound receipt, unpacking, allocation, and placement across relevant GTM milestones, including GTMSO and Prelines.

• Showroom Operations: Lead on-site showroom setup by executing floorplan decisions and coordinating sample capacity, fixtures, fittings, and other operational requirements.

• Showroom Logistics: Manage year-round showroom organization, housekeeping, and logistics to maintain an effective and presentation-ready environment.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Global Business Units, Events, Workplaces, Sales, Marketing, Creative Direction, Market MOPS and Brand teams, and external agencies to deliver GTM priorities.

• People Leadership: Where applicable, manage assigned direct reports and develop functional, technical, behavioral, and managerial capabilities.

• Talent Development: Proactively identify talent and support career development opportunities for assigned team members.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience.

• Experience in business process management, logistics, project management, change management, or related operational disciplines.

• Comprehensive understanding of end-to-end business processes and operational execution.

• Proven problem-solving skills with a strong solution-oriented mindset and bias for execution.

• Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality work under challenging timelines and manage multiple priorities.

• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across teams, functions, and stakeholders.

• Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

• Experience working across disciplines such as Marketing, Brand Operations, Global Operations, or related functions.

• Knowledge of digitalization and its application to business processes and operational workflows.

• Previous people management or team leadership experience.

• Experience supporting complex global or multi-market business environments.

• Proficiency in another European language.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

This position follows adidas' hybrid work policy and is based in Los Angeles, California. Employees are expected to work in the office Monday through Thursday, with flexibility to work remotely on Friday. In-office attendance may also be required on Fridays for work involving a high degree of collaboration or in-person presentations. The role operates in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and includes hands-on coordination of showrooms, samples, meetings, and key Go-To-Market milestones. Travel expectations are not specified.

REPORTING STRUCTURE

This role works closely with Global Business Units, Global Events, Global Workplaces, Global Sales, Global Marketing and Creative Direction, Market MOPS and Brand teams, and external agency partners. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

The anticipated low and high end of the base pay range for this position is $99,200 - $113,500.

Actual salary will be based on various factors, such as a candidate's experience, qualifications, skills and competencies, and proficiency for the role.
