
The Manager, Go-To-Market (GTM) supports the Nail Business division‑level Go‑To‑Market execution by managing promotional off-shelf display programs, trade marketing activities, and retailer‑level in‑store execution. This role is responsible for managing GTM timelines, execution readiness, retailer‑specific deliverables, and in‑store activation in partnership with Sales, Brand Marketing, and cross‑functional teams. This role is accountable for end-to-end GTM execution planning, timelines, and execution readiness across retailers, serving as the primary execution interface for Sales. The Manager partners closely with Sales, Brand Marketing, and cross functional teams to ensure integrated planning, on time launches, and consistent, high quality retailer execution.
GTM Execution (PPM & Trade Marketing)
Own & Manage GTM execution timelines, launch scheduling, and readiness milestones across promotions, displays, and new item launches.
Proactively identify, manage, and resolve execution risks, dependencies, and issues across cross‑functional teams.
Ensure execution cadence, vendor readiness, and on time delivery aligned to retailer requirements.
Maintain standardized GTM execution processes and status reporting to provide visibility to Sales and stakeholders.
Trade Marketing & Retail Engagement
Execute trade marketing plans, promotional calendars, and retailer‑specific activations.
Support planograms (POGs), displays, prepacks, and in‑store marketing execution.
Manage retailer requests including displays, samples, images, comps, and execution assets.
Lead execution readiness for line reviews, previews, and key retailer meetings, ensuring materials and timing meet retailer expectations.
Serve as the primary day‑to‑day execution partner to Sales, providing clear communication, follow‑through, and issue resolution.
Cross‑Functional Coordination
Lead collaboration with Sales, Brand Marketing, Product, Creative, Digital, and external partners to deliver GTM execution.
Establish clear ownership, roles, and handoffs across execution touchpoints to minimize rework and delays.
Connect & Translate division plans to retailer‑level execution.
Performance Tracking & Learnings
Own execution status tracking and retailer feedback loops across assigned retailers or programs.
Lead post‑activation recaps and execution learnings to continuously improve GTM planning and execution effectiveness.
Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities to strengthen future GTM execution.

The anticipated compensation range is
69,000.00 - 137,000.00 USD Annual
Actual compensation will be determined based on various factors including qualifications, education, experience, and location. The pay range is subject to change at any time dependent on a variety of internal and external factors.
