Manager, Global S&OP

Are you passionate about strengthening end-to-end planning, enabling cross-functional alignment, and shaping a global S&OP framework? Do you thrive in translating standards into practice, creating structure, and supporting collaborative decision-making? If so, this is a unique opportunity to take on a key role in Danish Crown’s global S&OP journey.

You will join the central S&OP team within the Strategy & Transformation Office, where we are driving the implementation and rollout of a unified, global Sales & Operations Planning framework across the organisation.


In this role, you will work across business units and functions to support the implementation of standards, governance structures, and planning processes that strengthen our decision-making foundation. Over time, the role may evolve to include process leadership responsibilities within a defined business scope.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Driving implementation activities related to Global S&OP standards and governance
  • Translating frameworks and templates into practical, operational planning setups
  • Supporting rollout of S&OP cadence, meeting structures, and planning standards
  • Facilitating cross-functional alignment in S&OP cycles and decision forums
  • Preparing and consolidating decision materials, scenarios, and KPI views
  • Ensuring process discipline and adherence to defined ways of working
  • Identifying gaps in data, processes, or capabilities and highlighting improvement needs
  • Contributing to continuous improvement of S&OP methods and tools

Who Are We Looking For?

You bring a strong foundation within supply chain or planning processes and enjoy working in environments where change is constant and collaboration is essential. You are structured, execution-oriented, and capable of turning complex frameworks into workable solutions.

You also bring:

  • A Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Business or related fields
  • Experience with S&OP, business planning, or supply chain processes
  • Experience working on cross-functional planning or transformation initiatives
  • Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills
  • A structured, analytical, and execution-oriented working style
  • Comfort working in evolving and changing environments
  • Experience with SAP IBP or similar planning systems is an advantage
