The Manager, Global Share Plans Delivery is an experienced individual contributor responsible for leading critical global share plan delivery processes and ensuring accurate, timely, compliant and well-controlled administration of the Company’s global long-term incentive and employee share plan programs across multiple countries and regulatory environments. In this role, you will have the opportunity to own and lead delivery of assigned share plan administration processes across stock options, performance share units (PSUs), restricted stock units (RSUs) and various employee stock purchase plans (ESPP), while partnering with internal teams and external service providers to deliver a strong participant experience. You will contribute to a small, collaborative team where team members support one another through second-level review and shared accountability for high-quality work.

What You’ll Do for Us

As a Manager, Global Share Plans Delivery, you will:

• Own and lead delivery of assigned share plan administration processes across multiple global locations, including grants, vesting and release events, option exercises, forfeitures, cancellations, terminations and ESPP enrollment, contribution and purchase activities, including review and resolution of complex tax, payroll, reporting, and settlement scenarios while working closely with internal partners and third-party service providers to support an accurate, timely, and well-controlled end-to-end delivery.
• Support operational compliance of equity-related compensation and benefits plans across multiple jurisdictions by performing or reviewing recurring audits of equity data across systems, validating demographic and status changes, investigating discrepancies, researching country- or employee-specific situations, evaluating complex calculation and reporting outcomes, and confirming accurate data transfer to third-party service providers.
• Work with third-party service providers to make sure system rules, plan logic, integrations, operational configurations and processing approaches, reflect applicable plan provisions and country-specific requirements, and are appropriately updated, tested, and documented when plan rules, processes, systems, or integrations change.
• Maintain, review, and improve equity administration process documentation so it remains aligned with equity plans, award agreements, applicable local requirements, operational controls, and system configuration.
• Partner with global and local HR, Payroll, Tax, Legal, Finance, IT, and third-party equity service providers to resolve participant questions, support plan administration decisions, validate data and reporting outcomes, coordinate often complex issue resolution, and ensure alignment with plan rules and operational requirements.
• Maintain effective controls and support internal and external audits, financial reporting, executive compensation reporting and other governance requirements by producing accurate data, evidence and explanations.
• Provide clear, timely and employee-focused support for participant inquiries.
• Proactively identify, evaluate, design, and implement process enhancements that improve accuracy, efficiency, controls, documentation, scalability and the participant experience, including development of tools and solutions that support review and audit activities.
• Act as knowledgeable peer resource within the team by sharing expertise, reviewing work when assigned and supporting cross-training.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of experience in equity administration, stock plan operations, or a closely related compensation, payroll, finance, or total rewards discipline.
• Thorough understanding of stock plan products, including stock options, PSUs, RSUs, and ESPPs.
• Experience supporting equity plans across multiple countries, with an understanding of how local tax, payroll, legal, regulatory, data, and operational requirements can affect plan delivery.
• Certified Equity Professional designation or progress toward certification is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage complex, multi-country work, analyze ambiguous situations, apply sound judgment within established frameworks, identify and resolve issues, document conclusions, and escalate matters appropriately.
• Strong data orientation, including the ability to review reports, reconcile system outputs, research discrepancies, and explain findings clearly to internal partners, service providers, and employees.

Pay Range

Poland: 160,000 PLN to 246,000 PLN

Accordingly, all applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis and must not require The Coca-Cola Company's sponsorship to continue to work legally in the United States.

Pay Range:

United States: 110,000 - 126,000 USD

Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
