Manager, Global Research Group

Location: (Hybrid) Toronto, Canada

Primary Objective

Delivery ofhigh-quality/high-impactinsights and analyticsinBrand, Creative and Innovationsolutions

Scope of Role

  • Deliver brand, creative, and innovation insights & analytics projects, including brand performance, measurement, creative testing, and innovation projects.
  • Execute or oversee work products such as questionnaires, project schedules, forms, and deliverables.
  • Contribute to analysis and reporting on medium to high complexity accounts with manager guidance; independently handle less complex work.
  • Participate in study design and questionnaire discussions, taking the lead role asappropriate
  • Conduct data analysis, generate insights, and perform preliminary reporting.
  • Manage timelines and work processes, collaborating with internal departments and clients.
  • Identifyand solve project issues as they arise and perform in-depth quality checks to ensure accuracy.
  • Provide supervision, coaching and mentoring to junior client service staff asrequired, share knowledge and teach job skills as necessary, oversee and review the work of junior client service staff
  • Develop andmaintainstrong client relationships
  • Take an active role in team activities and contribute to overall culture and team atmosphere

Essential Knowledge & Experience

  • Minimum4-5years Market research experience withdirectinvolvement in the execution, project managementand analysis ofquantitativeresearchincluding delivering results to clients
  • • Strong process and time management skills; capable of prioritizing and delivering against
  • multiple/competing deadlines
  • • Proficient computer skills in Microsoft office tools and ability to master other needed business tools
  • (e.g., SPSS, Survey Reporter, data management / cross tab tools and other proprietary tools)
  • Detail-orientatedwith ability to manage multiple work streamsacrossmultiple teams
  • Clear and effectivecommunication skills (verbal and written) with ability to use logical reasoning and problem solvingand command action
  • • Natural curiosity, a can-do attitude, driven and willing to take initiative
  • Ability to present to both internal and external audiences
  • • Bachelor’s degree; preferred major or concentration in market research/marketing or related social science, mathematics and/or other
  • analytic disciplines

The salary range for this role in Toronto is 55,100 - 67,333 CAD is Annual. Your final base salary will be determined based on several factors which may include but are not limited to location, work experience, skills, knowledge, education and/or certifications.
