The Manager of Global Partnerships Strategy plays an integral role on the Partnership Strategy team in developing proposals supporting both the Partnership Sales and Partnership Success teams to drive partner acquisition and current partner growth. A core competency is building compelling, insights-driven narratives that reflect strong cross-functional alignment, ensuring concepts are supported before being pitched externally. The ideal candidate is a collaborative team player who is both a creative storyteller and an analytical thinker.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Ideate and develop customized proposals, platforms, recap templates, and case studies that communicate the value of the Dodgers brand and address partnership KPIs
  • Organize and participate in cross-functional meetings with internal stakeholders (Marketing, Community, Social, etc.) to help create compelling partner concepts that are executable and aligned with the organization’s philosophy and standards
  • Leverage both internal and third-party data sources to assist LAD Partnership Sales team in developing, implementing, and maintaining a data-driven strategy, highlighting the distinctive sponsorship value of the Los Angeles Dodgers brand
  • Articulate and present integrated sponsorship presentations to internal decision-makers
  • Work with internal creative team to maintain brand standard and develop compelling visual storytelling within partnership proposals
  • Ensure timely delivery of projects, utilizing standardized ingest workflows and KPI-linked Salesforce tracking
  • Leverage CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, KORE) to assist sales with inventory insights and partner record management
  • Track inventory availability across contracted and in-market pitches and contribute to packaging strategies for Sales and Partnership Success teams
  • Serve as a department resource in identifying category availability based on current partner portfolio exclusivities
  • Participate in weekly department meetings and present Partnership Strategy priorities and team initiatives
  • Monitor MLB and overall sports marketplace trends to identify opportunities for new sales prospecting and outreach
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Attend Global Partnerships Department meetings to gain a deep understanding of business

Basic Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field
  • Minimum four (4) years of work experience in partnership strategy, integrated marketing, business development, sponsorship sales or activation, preferably at a team or agency
  • Results oriented, self-starter with strong work ethic and ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Team player with a passion for problem-solving and willingness to learn
  • Proven ability to foster collaboration across departments and build consensus around strategies and initiatives
  • Strategic and critical thinker with outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in receiving brand objectives/KPIs and developing compelling and impactful integrated marketing partnership presentations
  • Working knowledge of third party research and data sources to create data-backed sales narratives
  • Proven experience with Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative tools, and Tableau
  • Familiarity with the Los Angeles Dodgers and/or sports industry preferred
  • Possess excellent organizational, interpersonal and time management skills
  • Must have flexible schedule; work hours may include evenings, weekends, and holidays

The Los Angeles Dodgers are a professional baseball team based in Los Angeles, California. The Dodgers are members of the National League West division of Major League Baseball (MLB). The team originated in Brooklyn, New York, where it was known by a number of nicknames before becoming the Dodgers definitively by 1932. The team moved to Los Angeles before the 1958 season.
