The Manager, Global Partnership Success, is a highly motivated, self-starter who will have experience in account management role in professional sports (property, agency or brand). The ideal candidate will deliver world class service and strategic execution of all projects, correspondence and timelines for assigned Global Partner accounts.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Lead partnership service and activation for designated Global Partnership accounts
  • Serve as the primary internal and external day-to-day contact for execution and fulfillment on assigned partnership accounts
  • Fulfill partnership agreements to ensure all contracted deliverables and client expectations are met, including but not limited to stadium signage, digital & social assets, ticketing, marketing, public relations, community relations, in-game promotions, radio, and hospitality
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders across the organization to ensure execution including Stadium Operations, creative, public relations, ticket sales, ticket ops, finance & accounting, community relations, merchandise, planning & development and baseball ops as needed
  • Oversee partner led special events throughout the year, including client hospitality events, community initiatives, and stadium events (game day and non-game day)
  • Oversee the development and presentation of mid-season and end of season partner recaps and additional proof of performance as needed
  • Collaborate with Global Partnership Sales & Strategy teams on renewal strategies and proposals that drive partnership retention and deal growth year over year
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Basic Requirements/Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience of full-time corporate partnership and/or account management experience with a professional team, league, brand or sports marketing agency.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Sports Management, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Dependable self-starter with positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects with varying deadlines for clients
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills to effectively communicate plans with internal stakeholders and external clients
  • Ability to quickly adapt to changes while maintaining high levels of productivity and effectiveness under pressure
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, including home games hours will vary depending on business needs
  • Proficient on KORE, SalesForce, Microsoft Office

The Los Angeles Dodgers are a professional baseball team based in Los Angeles, California. The Dodgers are members of the National League West division of Major League Baseball (MLB). The team originated in Brooklyn, New York, where it was known by a number of nicknames before becoming the Dodgers definitively by 1932. The team moved to Los Angeles before the 1958 season.
