The Manager, Global Logistics Compliance Systems is accountable for ensuring Global Logistics Compliance programs are effectively enabled, executed, and sustained through Pfizer’s enterprise compliance systems. This role serves as the primary interface between the Global Logistics Compliance team and Pfizer’s core compliance platforms supporting change management, documentation, training, issue management, and risk governance.

The role ensures logistics compliance programs remain consistently aligned with Pfizer Global SOPs, enterprise system governance standards, and evolving regulatory/internal expectations. Acting as both a systems subject matter expert and compliance partner, the Manager drives standardization, system adoption, data integrity, and continuous improvement across global logistics compliance processes, in close partnership with the Risk Management & Business Resilience team.

1) Compliance Systems Governance & Integration

  • Serve as the systems governance lead for Global Logistics Compliance, ensuring compliance workflows, records, and reporting are executed through approved enterprise platforms and aligned to enterprise system standards.
  • Drive consistent interpretation and application of system enabled compliance requirements across global logistics programs.
  • Partner with enterprise platform owners and governance teams to manage access, data standards, configuration needs, and system controls impacting logistics compliance.

2) Global SOP & Policy Alignment

  • Ensure Global Logistics Compliance activities, records, and workflows remain compliant with Pfizer Global SOPs, standards, and procedural expectations.
  • Partner with Global SOP owners and system governance teams to assess the impact of new or revised requirements and support timely, compliant implementation across logistics compliance programs.

3) Change Management & System Adoption

  • Lead change management activities for compliance system updates, enhancements, or deployments impacting global logistics compliance (communications, readiness, and stakeholder engagement).
  • Monitor adoption, usability, and compliance performance; identify gaps and drive remediation to improve consistency and sustained execution.

4) Training & Competency Enablement

  • Partner with training/learning stakeholders to ensure logistics compliance roles are mapped to training requirements within enterprise learning systems.
  • Oversee deployment, completion monitoring, and inspection‑ready documentation of compliance training for logistics teams and applicable partners.
  • Support development and maintenance of role‑based training strategies aligned to logistics compliance risks.

5) Issue Management, Metrics & Continuous Improvement

  • Enable effective use of enterprise issue management and risk systems to support identification, escalation, tracking, and resolution of logistics compliance issues.
  • Support development and reporting of compliance metrics, dashboards, and management review inputs, including efforts to centralize data and improve visibility for leadership.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve data quality, and strengthen system‑enabled compliance maturity.

6) Stakeholder Partnership & Advisory

  • Act as a trusted advisor to Global Logistics Compliance domain owners (DG, CS/SOM, LP) and regional teams, translating system and policy requirements into practical execution guidance.
  • Work closely with the Risk Management & Business Resilience team to ensure compliance system outputs support risk transparency, escalation, and governance expectations.

Here Is What You Need (Minimum Requirements)

  • Applicant must have a bachelor's degree with at least 4 years of experience; OR a master's degree with at least 2 years of experience; OR a PhD with 0+ years of experience; OR as associate's degree with 8 years of experience; OR a high school diploma (or equivalent) and 10 years of relevant experience Strong leadership and influencing capabilities across all organizational levels
  • Demonstrated hands on experience supporting enterprise compliance systems that enable and sustain:
  • Documentation and record management
  • Training and learning management
  • Change control and change management workflows
  • Issue management, CAPA tracking, and remediation
  • Risk registers and risk governance processes
  • Proven ability to lead cross functional process standardization efforts, including harmonizing ways of working across regions, markets, and functions to drive consistent system enabled compliance execution.
  • Experience driving user adoption and sustained system usage, including supporting change readiness, addressing usability gaps, and reinforcing compliant behaviors through training, communications, and guidance.
  • Strong data and analytical capability, with experience supporting compliance dashboards, metrics, and management reporting to enable visibility, trend analysis, and leadership decision making.
  • Demonstrated ability to improve data quality and integrity within enterprise systems, including governance of inputs, validation of records, and resolution of data gaps impacting audit readiness and risk transparency.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate complex policy, SOP, and system requirements into clear, practical execution guidance for global logistics stakeholders.
  • Ability to work effectively in a matrixed global organization, coordinating across Compliance domain leads, Risk Management & Business Resilience, system owners, and regional logistics teams without direct authority.

Bonus Points If You Have (Preferred Requirements)

  • Experience partnering with Risk Management and/or Business Resilience teams to ensure system outputs (issues, risks, metrics) align with enterprise escalation, governance, and reporting expectations.
  • Demonstrated experience leading or supporting change management activities for system deployments, upgrades, or enhancements across global user communities, including communications, training coordination, and post‑deployment stabilization.
  • Familiarity with enterprise SOP governance models, including impact assessment of new or revised procedures and translation of requirements into compliant system workflows.
  • Experience supporting continuous improvement initiatives, using system data and user feedback to streamline processes, reduce administrative burden, and increase compliance maturity.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $99,200.00 to $165,400.00. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer’s Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 12.5% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program.
