Job Description

The Manager will be the main point of contact for Tiffany's external fragrance and eyewear partners. They will be responsible for enhancing brand desirability and achieving results by aligning business strategies with external partners to meet objectives and elevate the brand across all Tiffany distribution channels and third-party vendors. This role reports directly to the Vice President, Home & Accessories, Collaborations and Licenses.

Key Accountabilities

  • Strategic Initiative Leadership: Lead the development, execution, and analysis of strategic initiatives for the Eyewear and Fragrance categories, overseeing projects from design to the creation of global asset toolkits. Support the development of short- and long-term global business plans and innovation pipelines to elevate the Tiffany brand.
  • Global Communication Campaign Development: Develop engaging 360-degree global communication campaigns from concept to execution for product launches and key selling periods. These campaigns will span print, digital, social, point of sale, out-of-home, promotional activities, and special projects, integrating with or complementing Tiffany's brand communication strategy. This includes supporting and overseeing budgets, providing strategic direction to internal teams, and ensuring brand communication synergies across internal and external points of sale.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with external teams, third-party creative agencies, and internal departments such as Creative, CVM, Design, PR, CRM, Global Media, Global Education, Finance, Merchandising, Procurement, and Replenishment to ensure projects are completed on time. This involves leading biweekly status meetings with external teams, managing relationships between internal and external partners, developing new processes as needed, and organizing regular meetings with external partners in New York.
  • Distribution Expansion Evaluation: Evaluate and monitor distribution plans. Review activation proposals to ensure visibility aligns with brand standards.
  • Media Planning Management: Manage the media planning process by partnering with Tiffany global media to create plans, manage media programs, and plan/track spending.
  • Performance Reporting: Prepare presentations and market analyses to communicate business performance and strategy to regional counterparts and senior management.
  • Competitive Monitoring: Monitor competitive trends, including new launches and 360-degree support.
  • Team Leadership and Development: Mentor and develop a high-performing team that understands the Eyewear and Fragrance categories, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of all projects.
  • Brand Ambassadorship: Act as the ambassador for Eyewear and Fragrance, partnering with internal category owners across marketing and PR to identify opportunities for inclusion in brand activities, campaigns, and key moments.
  • Product Management: Manage product-related tasks, including organizing inventory/samples, quality assurance, handling products for e-commerce and campaign photography, and proposing styles for events and talent gifting. This also involves supporting the development of custom eyewear requests for talent.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 4-6 years of relevant experience in the Beauty Industry specifically in Fragrance
    • Preferred experience includes managing direct report(s)
  • Appreciate and understanding of luxury, retail, culture, style and design
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage cross-functional projects and liaise across internal and external teams, with varying levels of management, in a global organization including Global Marketing, Regional Marketing, Global Creative, Global PR, Global CVM, Global Omnichannel & Digital, Global/Category Merchandising, Global Procurement, Global Learning & Development, and more
  • Hands-on, “get it done”, results-driven, positive mentality complemented by ability to be agile, prioritize and multitask
  • Strong communication, writing, and presentation skills
  • Exceptional organizational skills, detail-oriented and resourceful
  • Passionate, energetic, team-oriented with an entrepreneurial spirit
  • Able to balance quantitative analytics with marketing creativity
  • Knowledge of competitive marketplace
  • Must be proficient in Excel, Word & PowerPoint and capable of learning additional corporate

The hiring range for this position ranges from $111,350 - $157,200. The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon candidates' relevant skills and experience.
