The Manager, GlobalCompensationis responsible forexecuting compensation programs with accuracy, consistency, and compliance across multiple markets. This role ensures the reliable delivery of core compensation processes—including annual cycles, data management, and reporting—while partnering with HR and business stakeholders to supporta consistentemployee experience.
This is an execution-focused role, ideal for a leader who thrives in operational excellence, process discipline, and continuous improvement. You will play a critical role in deliveringhigh‑qualitycompensationservices atscale in a complex, global environment.
Key Responsibilities
Execute global compensation processes, including annual salary reviews, incentive cycles, and off-cycle adjustments.
Ensureaccurateandtimelyprocessing of compensation transactions in HR systems in line with established policies and procedures.
Maintain data quality through ongoing audits, validation, and issue resolution across compensation systems and reports.
Support market pricing, benchmarking, and survey participation processes, ensuringtimelysubmission and data integrity.
Generate standardized and ad hoc compensation reports for HR, Finance, and business stakeholders.
Partner with HR Business Partners and Total Rewards teams to resolve inquiries and provide operational support.
Lead and coordinate process execution across global teams to ensure consistency and adherence to service level agreements.
Identifyprocess improvement opportunities and drive enhancements to increase efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and audit controls in all compensation activities.
Contribute todocumentation, knowledge management, and training materials to support consistent global practices.
Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor’s degreerequiredin Human Resources, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, ora relatedfield.
Master’s degree orHR-related specialization preferred.
Experience and Skills:
Required:
6-8 years ofexperienceincompensation, total rewards, HR operations, or related functions
Proven ability to execute processes witha high levelof accuracy and attention to detail
Experience working with HR systems (e.g., Workday) and data/reporting tools
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret andvalidatedata
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Experience working in a global or shared services model supporting multiple regions
Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills
Preferred:
Experiencesupporting global compensation cycles (e.g., merit, bonus, market pricing)
Knowledge of compensation practices, benchmarking, and survey participation
Experience with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma)
Familiarity with compliance and audit requirements in HR operations
Ability to work across cultures and time zones in a matrixed organization
Experience leading small teams or coordinating work across distributed teams

Travel: Up to ~15%, primarily domestic with occasional international travel.
