Our Global connectivity team are seeking the right Manager to lead, guide & develop a team of specialists that sets customer connectivity on the agenda at customer meetings. Who align commercial expectations and take them through the complexities of connecting systems, people & operational reality, and merge with our IT offerings & possibilities, to give the ultimate customer experience.

This is an opportunity to combine people leadership with real business impact in a global environment. You will set direction for specialists, create clarity across stakeholders and help DSV simplify how complex integration needs are handled.

Lead people, priorities and delivery

Your main responsibility is the team, and their development. You will provide & set clear priorities, develop capabilities and create conditions for people to take & drive ownership through transparency & coaching. Some days will require said coaching and workload decisions; others will call for stakeholder alignment, escalation or a firm view on how a customer request should be approached.

You will remain close to the delivery, and assist or drive ownership of each task. Your role is to help the team make good decisions, remove barriers and ensure that commitments are realistic, visible and aligned with DSV’s broader direction. But be willing to make things happen, and at times take matters into your own hands.

Build solutions that can scale

Global customers often bring complex requirements. Together with commercial, operational and technical colleagues, you will help determine when a request can be met through a standard solution, when adaptation requires a special setup without introducing unnecessary complexity. Our end customers are our operational teams, who needs to succeed to give the holistic end to end customer experience that we cherish in DSV.

You will also contribute to the transition from legacy platforms to future corporate solutions. By bringing delivery experience into global governance and improvement discussions, you will help strengthen services and ways of working for not only the current customer project – but equally so the next.

What you will be responsible for

• Leading, coaching and developing a globally oriented team of Business Integration Managers.
• Setting priorities and maintaining a transparent view of capacity, progress, risks and dependencies.
• Ensuring consistent governance and quality from initial request to implementation and handover.
• Aligning customer, commercial, operational and technical expectations around workable solutions.
• Partnering with regional and global stakeholders to coordinate decisions and contributions.
• Driving standardization, reuse and continuous improvement across integration services.
• Supporting complex engagements, legacy migrations and escalations that require management direction.

You may be an experienced manager looking for a broader global scope, or a senior specialist ready to take the next step into people leadership. What matters is that you can combine clarity and empathy with sound judgement, and that you are comfortable working across functions, cultures and levels of the organization.

• You are motivated by developing people and creating a team environment where accountability and support go together.
• You communicate confidently in English and are comfortable collaborating across locations and time zones.
