We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Manager – Global Business Insight.

In this role, you will:

  • Responsible for delivering all centralized KRI, KPI, Insights and Analytics across Markets and Securities Services Operations with accuracy and within Service level agreement. To be a primary partner for Operations in the development, delivery, and implementation of automated and standardized KRI reporting.
  • To support in building out the future state construction of data store for KRIs/Client Reporting Metrics. To ensure data provision and availability is prioritized at a strategic level across asset classes. To promote the use of standardized tools, techniques, and analysis methodologies across Operations.
  • Ensure greater governance and quality around all enhancements and projects. The incumbent will need to work closely with Operations and IT functions to ensure successful delivery of Key change and transformation Projects.
  • Support Head of Business Insights and program manager on analytical assessments across other Manual Process value streams, in achieving project goals. Drive Continuous Improvements through simplification/automation of existing processes
  • Build strong relationships with the key business partners – at all levels of the organization, actively manage these stakeholders, understand their requirements, be transparent with prioritization and governance models and ensure a collaborative approach is taken.
  • Timely & Accurate delivery of reports. Delivery of Transformation and continuous improvement projects within stipulated time. Regular and structured engagement plans with Business Insights management team with clearly identified agendas. In conjunction with development of strategy plans, implementing the TOM, showing and demonstrating progress
  • Stakeholder engagement plan, regular scheduled partner meetings with clearly identified agendas and action plans. Take ownership of the work slate and work collaboratively with management to deliver. Act as a role model both within the team and across operations
  • Communicate concisely and effectively to management and direct reports (if any)

To be successful, you will:

  • Expertise of Management information / Analytics, Data Management, Business Analysis and Management Packs.
  • Excellent knowledge & Expertise in Investment Banking Operations.
  • A working knowledge of Market Securities Services processes and trade lifecycle - Expertise on Control / Risk / Chief Operation Office function.
  • Strong analytical skills, problem solving self-starter, with ability to champion and drive change. Strong understanding of various functions, and business control processes
  • Strong organizational skills – ability to work under tight deadlines with attention to detail
  • Show initiative, a positive attitude, and leads by example
  • Ability to learn quickly and understand new processes
  • Attention to Detail, self-audit of own work – output will be used at the G4, G3 and G2 levels and needs to be accurate.
