We are expanding our operations and are looking for individuals with expertise in base station configuration or NTT office equipment configuration.
Job Duties
You will be responsible for NTT dark fiber-related operations for corporate services, TOR (Top of Rack), and MBH (Mobile Backhaul), as well as construction management, design, and construction operations at NTT Building as Manager or Tech Leader.
As a Manager or Technical Leader, you will be responsible for tasks ranging from the physical design of network equipment to construction completion, as well as safety and quality management. Many of our employees have extensive knowledge and experience from backgrounds in construction companies, telecommunications carriers, and equipment vendors.
Minimum Qualifications
・Skills in application and operations related to NTT dark fiber arrangement.
・Skills in application and construction operations related to NTT GC construction.
・Knowledge of optical fiber types, SFP types, and WDM.
・Experience in managing projects or teams of 10 or more people.
Preferred Qualifications
・Experience and knowledge of mobile career's BS equipment configuration.
・Experience and knowledge of mobile career MBH related operations.
・Experience and knowledge of WDM related operations.
・Ability to negotiate prices and conduct technical discussions with telecommunications carriers such as NTT and PNJ.
・Experience in creating policies, construction methods, and planning/executing construction plans for NTT-related construction.

English (Overall - 2 - Intermediate), Japanese (Overall - 4 - Fluent)
