Job Description

To drive disciplined planning, financial governance, and performance management across the Brand & Marketing Division by overseeing budget coordination, campaign and brand performance tracking, management reporting, and structured operational review cycles, while fostering a high-performance and collaborative team culture.

Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial tracking processes for the Brand & Marketing Division.

• Support and facilitate KPI setting, ensuring alignment between departmental scorecards and divisional targets.

• Monitor and report on divisional and departmental performance against agreed KPIs.

• Prepare and maintain performance dashboards and management reports for leadership review.

• Analyse performance data and provide actionable insights to support planning and target achievement.

• Facilitate planning cycles, business reviews, and follow-up on agreed action items.

• Support divisional engagement initiatives that reinforce accountability and a performance-driven culture.

• Manage assigned special projects aligned to business and performance objectives.
