About the Role

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise applications across frontend and backend platforms.
• Deliver high-quality digital solutions by leveraging modern web technologies, APIs, cloud services, and software engineering best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to transform business requirements into reliable, secure, and user-centric applications.
• Drive technical excellence through continuous improvement, innovation, and adoption of modern development methodologies.

Roles and Responsibilities

Full Stack Application Development

• Design, develop, test, and deploy enterprise-grade web applications across frontend and backend environments.
• Build modern, responsive, and intuitive user interfaces using contemporary front-end frameworks and technologies.
• Develop robust backend services, APIs, and integrations to support business applications and digital products.
• Ensure code quality through best practices, peer reviews, testing, and documentation.

System Architecture & Integration

• Participate in application architecture design and technical solution planning.
• Design and implement scalable APIs and integration services connecting internal and external systems.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
• Contribute to technical standards, architecture guidelines, and reusable frameworks.

Cloud & DevOps Engineering

• Support deployment and operation of applications in cloud environments.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and release management processes.
• Implement monitoring, logging, and observability practices to ensure system stability and performance.
• Collaborate with infrastructure and platform teams to improve operational efficiency.

Security & Compliance

• Develop solutions aligned with enterprise security standards and governance requirements.
• Implement secure coding practices, authentication, authorization, and data protection controls.
• Support audit, risk management, and compliance activities where required.
• Address vulnerabilities and technical risks proactively throughout the software development lifecycle.

Collaboration & Agile Delivery

• Work closely with product managers, designers, architects, and business stakeholders to deliver technical solutions.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Provide progress updates, technical recommendations, and issue resolution support.
• Mentor junior engineers and share technical knowledge across the team.

Preferred Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack software development.
• Strong proficiency in front-end technologies including JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Solid experience with backend technologies such as Java, .NET, Node.js, Python, or Go.
• Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Strong knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases, including SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or Redis.
• Experience working with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, containerization, and cloud-native development practices.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile delivery methodologies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting capabilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in financial services, insurance, or enterprise-scale application development is an advantage.
