The Fulfillment Manager is responsible for the functions required to successfully complete shareholder solicitations and payments on a daily basis. They oversee a team with a diverse range of responsibilities that include, but are not limited to, interpreting capitalization tables for import into the system of record, maintaining the system of record on a deal-by-deal basis, mass shareholder communication distributions, deal reconciliation tie outs, foreign currency conversions and contract reconciliation and omnibus bank reconciliation functions. The Fulfillment Manager takes the lead on complicated document solicitations and ensures proper set-up and delivery to comply with deal requirements. The ideal candidate will be discerning and possess a high degree of attention to detail when evaluating legal documents so that the required information is successfully returned from each individual shareholder they are distributed to. They are critical to keeping 1 reconciliation approvals moving forward throughout the day so that SLAs are met and payment deadlines are adhered to. Upon completion of licensing, the Fulfillment Manager also has authority over payment file delivery to the bank and FX trading.
The successful candidate for this position demonstrates a hands-on, self-motivated, confident, and intelligent approach to teamwork and carries a strong work ethic and servant-leadership skills. They exhibit exemplary organizational and prioritization skills in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. They possess a proven track record of creating and implementing innovative solutions, and have experience in interviewing, hiring, and training a qualified team. Candidates should also possess exceptional communication skills, as cross-team communication is crucial to this role.
A Series 99 FINRA license is required for this position, or ability to procure within the first year from date of hire.
Location: This position is either hybrid out of our Denver, CO office or a fully remote position within the Continental United States.; however, support for Eastern time-zone business hours is a requirement, occasionally starting as early as 7:00AM ET.
If the candidate selected lives within a 20-mile radius of our downtown Denver office, they will be classified as a hybrid employee, and beginning September 8, 2026, working one day per week in the office is expected. Beginning February 1, 2027, two days per week in the office will be expected. If the candidate selected lives outside a 20-mile radius of the Denver office, they will be classified as a fully remote employee, and in-person onsite visits to the Denver headquarters will be required on average three times per year.
Compensation: The salary range for this position is between $91k and $102k, depending on experience level.
