Actively support FP&A activities, projects and influence the EVA Optimization through variable costs control across the division.
Essential Responsible Areas:
- Finance lead for cost projects, working with Finance Directors, Sr Managers and plant finance managers to understand business needs and be able to partner with IT to consolidate data from multiple ERPs in one data base
- Provide the reporting in terms of actual, Forecast, Budget related to the variable costs towards the FP&A and Supply chain teams. This can be about metal, ODM, freight, warehousing and packaging
- Have a critical and creative approach to challenge the existing situation from a variable cost standpoint to optimize the divisional Finance performance and improve our EVA
- Streamline autonomously reporting to optimize processes in terms of accuracy, efficiency and timing.
Role Requirements:
- Completed Bachelor's degree in Finance, Supply Chain, Sales or related areas
- Experience in an international manufacturing environment
- Advanced or Fluent in English
- Working knowledge of the following areas: Finance, Accounting, Economic Value Added (EVA), business and economic principles and practices, financial modelling.
- Proficient in Hyperion Financial tools (HFM, Essbase, Planning, etc.) - preferred skill.
