What You Will Do
- Lead engineering initiatives that enhance the integration of AI-driven underwriting decisioning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions that improve operational efficiency.
- Manage and mentor a team of engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Utilize JavaScript and Jira to streamline project workflows and track progress effectively.
- Drive the adoption of best practices in engineering and support processes to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Ideal Candidate Background
- 6–10 years of experience in engineering leadership roles, particularly in forward-deployed or solutions engineering.
- Proven expertise in JavaScript and experience with project management tools like Jira.
- Strong background in the insurance or AI sectors, with a focus on enterprise-level solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred
- Experience in B2B environments, particularly within the insurance industry.
- Familiarity with data-driven decision-making processes and technologies.
- Previous involvement in scaling engineering teams in a fast-paced, growth-oriented company.
Compensation and Benefits
