Mission:

This role will support the operations teams in relation to executing the FFIP (Formulations, Filling, Inspection and Packaging) project. This role will act as both (a) technical resource who uses GMP knowledge to work within Sanofi Manufacturing and Quality Systems to support Formulation, Filling and Inspection in the context of project needs in developing operations processes, including documentation (b) manager of operations team members conducting operation tasks on offshift hours.

Main Responsibilities:

Technical Support

  • Support qualification and validation activities for Formulation, Filling, and Inspection, including SAT, IOQ, aseptic processing simulations, smoke studies, ISO certification, thermal validation; review and approve related protocols and reports.

  • Support the development of visual inspection test sets, including associated documentation.

  • Support the development of On-the-Job (OTJ) training modules.

  • Support the training of inspection operators for updated container presentations related to the project.

  • Support the qualification of automated inspection systems for syringe and vial inspection.

  • Support the qualification and management of sterile processes for rinsing, autoclaving, and filling machine support parts and equipment.

Technical Writing

  • Prepare and update GMP documents such as SOPs, SWIs, protocols, reports, job aids, etc.

  • Prepare and update training plans.

Team Management

  • ·Manage operations team supporting filling and formulations qualifications on off shift hours.

About You

Education and Experience:

Specific degree, duration of experience (Required to hold the job):

  • College Diploma or University Bachelors degree in Science related field (STEM related degree) with 0-3 years' experience

  • Strong independent/Self Driven worker

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong understanding of the needs of project prioritization and timely task completion

Preferred Skills/Experience:

  • 1-3 years experience in pharmaceutical company

  • Efficiently use company tools such as SAP, Qualipso, KNEAT, iFMS, etc.and the ability to adapt to new tools

The salary range for this position is:

76,200.00 - 110,100.00
