We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Manager for Education - Sanctions Screening Operations
The Education team within the Sanctions Screening Operations is responsible for delivering technical training and ensuring continuous learning of the staff. Screening Operations is part of the larger team - Global Payments Solutions Operations (GPSO) Business.
Role Context
This is a Global role. Responsible for working with stakeholders to develop and execute a broad-based learning and development strategy for Screening Operations teams in Globally connected locations. Support training initiatives for tactical business/process learning solutions to meet staff capability needs in line with the strategy. The Education Senior Trainer will be largely involved in delivering process training, developing the trainers to the needed level of domain expertise. They will also work on development of content for new hire, BAU, refresher and continuous learning initiatives. They will need to display core subject knowledge expertise in Payment Screening Process/domain and further cross skill capabilities in Name and Adverse Media Screening and MSS and Trade Screening.
