As a Follow Up Manager, this position oversees the operations of the Follow Up team. The position will entail identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and overall process improvement for the assigned responsibilities. The position requires building successful working relationships with Follow Up Team Leads and the Follow Up staff on and offshore, directly reporting to the VP or Revenue Cycle. The position is required to monitor the AR for all clients across all specialties.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Management of Multiple Specialties to include the following pods:
ER/Urgent Care
Pain/Anesthesia
Geriatrics
All other specialties.
Team Management
Implement process changes within the unit itself.
Coordinate training needs.
Guide Team Leads to the correct resolutions.
Monitor PTO and flex time requests.
Review Daily Workflows
Complete performance reviews.
Audit Employees and provide applicable feedback when necessary.
AR Management
Closely monitor all claims over 60 days old.
Identify/Resolve trending AR issues.
Involve other members of management or client services accordingly.
Report directly to VP of Revenue Cycle
Work closely with VP or Rev Cycle to carry out process improvements.
Alert VP of Rev Cycle to issues in need of high-level attention for further resolution.

Experience working in all aspects of revenue cycle (denials, office manager etc.)

100% Remote
Expected to work from a designated home office or other quiet and secure location, free from distractions.
Access to a suitable workspace that includes reliable internet access.
Ability to sit for long periods while working at a desk or computer.
Regular use of a keyboard, mouse, and other computer peripherals.
Occasional video conferencing, which may involve sitting or standing for meetings.
