
Manage and control enterprise and individual line of business financial technology functions. Responsible for ensuring the successful functioning and operations of financial systems, including the global consolidation of financial statements. Responsible for technical issues, actions, and problem-solving within the team. Provide support for corporate projects in support of strategic goals. Manages, consults, and provides guidance on enterprise-wide projects specifically in the area of financial system impacts and compliance.
Manage and guide the company’s strategic business initiatives and resolution of financial system challenges
Manage and guide the enterprise finance technology roadmap, including multiple financial systems acquired through M&A
Support upgrade of our enterprise financial ERP into SAP S4 Hana upgrade
Support and advise in financial system processes and related system impacts for Accounting, external brokers, and internal sales Commission Payments, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Treasury, Regulatory Accounting, and Procurement
Work in conjunction with Finance, GTS, and Risk and Compliance leadership and teams to support financial system strategies, financial reporting, and analytics for the company.
Provide oversight and governance of the financial structure, account mapping, cost center, and global chart of accounts for consistency across the organization
Work closely with all levels of business leaders to identify and align Financial System goals for financial structure that support line of business and company objectives - both short-term and long-term
Develop processes and consult on integration planning, including the creation of financial structuring for any newly acquired entities
Recommend and implement changes in financial policies and procedures that will serve the enterprise’s needs and provide continuous quality improvements
Active participant in determining or developing best practices for financial technology functional areas and technology within the overarching finance function
Monitor performance of direct reports; provide prompt and objective coaching and counseling; conduct performance reviews, and approve performance appraisals initiated by direct reports
Evaluate workflow processes, recommend and implement procedural and systems changes to deliver quality service to the department’s customers
Job Specifications
Typically has the following skills or abilities:
Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience
Minimum of 3 years of management experience with responsibilities for hiring, training, assigning work, and managing performance of direct reports
Demonstrated knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles
Ability to drive constructive change, simplifying and improving the performance of critical systems, improving maintainability, and providing leadership
Knowledge of financial systems role and authorization management processes and procedures, specifically SAP
Ability to drive constructive change, simplifying and improving the performance of critical systems, improving maintainability, and providing leadership
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational and planning skills
Strong interpersonal skills required in dealing effectively with business partners, staff, outside auditors, and vendors
Clean credit history as reported by credit report

Compensation range for the role is listed below. Applicable salary ranges may differ across markets.Actual pay will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
