This open position is for Armanino India LLP, which is located in India. Armanino India LLP is a fully owned subsidiary of Armanino (USA).

Responsibilities

  • Client onboarding: Responsible for onboarding new entities in Investran, including configuring fund structures, chart of accounts, investor data, and reporting templates. Ensure data accuracy through validation, testing, and provide documentation and training to support fund administration workflows.
  • System Expertise: Serve as the subject matter expert for Investran with general knowledge and exposure of other accounting software such as Yardi, Sage Intacct, and NetSuite. Candidate will look to optimize of the platform for fund/JV/SPV accounting and investor reporting.
  • Data Management: Oversee data integrity, reconciliation, and migration processes within accounting systems. Assist with data migration with clients moving from other service providers.
  • Reporting: Develop and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and workflows to meet business requirements. Develop DDX demo space for optimal presentation. Develop and maintain client’s investor portals.
  • Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to streamline operations and enhance system functionality.
  • Troubleshooting: Provide technical support and resolve issues related to accounting software configuration and usage.
  • Training & Documentation: Train internal teams on system best practices and maintain comprehensive documentation.
  • Integration: Collaborate with IT and finance teams to integrate accounting systems with other systems and tools software via open API.

Requirements

  • Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience with FIS Investran software.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, data mapping, and report building within Investran.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of fund and multi-entity accounting and investor reporting processes.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex data and provide actionable insights.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
  • Exposure to Yardi, Sage Intacct, and NetSuite is a plus.
  • Experience with API integrations and third-party tools.
  • Familiarity with Excel VBA, Power BI, or other reporting tools.
  • Knowledge of GAAP and regulatory compliance for private funds.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Compensation: Commensurate with Industry standards
