The Manager, Financial Reporting will be responsible for running one of the Financial Reporting teams, including the overall preparation and review of the annual audited financial statements and interim (semi-annual, quarterly) process, for investment funds and companies, ranging across various domiciles, jurisdictions and financial reporting standards. This individual will also be responsible for the coordination of the overall client/fund audit process, in addition to overseeing and reviewing the completion of Irish and other jurisdiction financial regulatory filings. Other responsibilities include training new employees and ensuring premier client service standards are achieved within specified deadlines and according to best practice operations. In addition, the individual will be responsible for maintaining a good working relationship with clients, auditors as well as internal relationship managers.
This role will assume responsibility for the management of one of our financial reporting teams, which manages the financial statement preparation, regulatory filing and compliance function such as periodic regulatory filing in local and international fund jurisdictions.
