KLA is well known for its high-performing business model which routinely produces significant profit margins and revenue. Key to supporting KLA business is the finance team that partners with corporate and global business organizations to provide expertise and guidance for developing and executing sound business models and practices. The Finance organization consists of operations and corporate finance teams. The operations finance team influences business decisions by gathering the best available operations information, distilling it and making recommendations to our management team on the best course of action. The corporate team provides a broad range of services, such as financial planning, corporate accounting, tax, industry analysis and benchmarking, internal audits, SEC reporting and merger and acquisition support.
Job Preferred Qualifications
KLA is looking for a dynamic FP&A Manager to serve as a strategic financial architect for our APAC corporate services. Based in Singapore, you will bridge the gap between regional execution and global strategy, partnering directly with senior executive leadership. You will support a $1B+ OpEx portfolio and oversee financial steering for massive-scale facilities projects ($100M–$400M). With at least one direct report and a path toward broader people management, this role is designed for a finance professional ready to drive global impact within a premier semiconductor leader.
Responsibilities:
Strategic partner to global corporate leaders, providing valuable inputs and translating complex data into actionable recommendations to support short-term and long-term strategies.
Help drive complex, pivotal facilities projects across APAC countries
Lead monthly forecast and quarterly close, including variance analysis
Lead annual strategic plan budget process for corporate groups
Cross functional influence: Build high-trust relationships across a matrixed global environment to ensure regional operations align with KLA’s long-term financial milestones
Champion initiatives to enhance data integrity, transparency, automation, and predictive analytics
Execute ad hoc strategic and operational projects as business needs evolve
Direct management and mentorship of a Financial Analyst, with a focus on building a high-performing finance talent pipeline
Minimum Qualifications
Masters Level Degree plus 5 years experience; or Bachelor’s Level Degree plus 7 years experience
Finance experience required
Must have experience with an ERP system (SAP experience is a plus) and have strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
Strong Excel, financial, analytical and modeling skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Executive presence to influence senior leadership and the "soft skills" to lead cross-functional teams
Ability to operate effectively with ambiguity and distill competing priorities into a clear path forward
Proven track record in a fast-paced, multinational, or matrixed environment
Attention to details & quality of work, motivated to learn
Team player with a positive attitude and strong sense of ownership
