We are seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager to join our growing team as an individual contributor.

Reporting to the Senior Finance Director, FP&A, this position will fulfill a critical function within the broader organization – utilizing both financial and operational data to drive our budgeting and forecasting process, develop timely insights of financial results, and support the executive level reporting and presentations.

Located at our office in Naperville our office environment is a key driver of our company culture and employee experience, so a regular in-office hybrid model is required (generally in-office T-TH and remote M & F).


Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Act as a business partner and a valued FP&A contributor in interpreting and providing financial insights to key stakeholders across business.
  • Put strategies into action driving change in the business, pressure test business decisions & influence leadership to achieve enterprise financial target.
  • Lead changes and interpret/articulate financial results with Accounting/Financial Services team to create timely monthly financial results analysis and mutual understanding of the financial impacts of business trends.
  • Gather inputs and ensure alignment with overall business objectives continuously to drive actionable insights in collaboration with the Commercial Finance team.
  • Own assigned aspects of the development of enterprise-wide financial operating model with integrated P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cashflow projections.
  • Provide key support in the preparation of materials for the executive weekly & monthly business reviews and quarterly board meetings.
  • Lead and support the continued enhancement of financial planning and reporting tools (i.e. Workday Adaptive).

Experience and Qualifications of the Role

  • 6-8 years of progressive experience in a finance, public accounting, or management accounting role.
  • Strong comprehension of accounting and financial statements.
  • Confident and professional, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. Proactive self-starter with the ability to multitask and prioritize appropriately to meet tight deadlines.
  • High level of proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Workday Adaptive proficiency a plus.


Computer Skills Needed to Perform the Job  

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
  • Workday Adaptive proficiency a plus.


Education

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or equivalent work experience required. ​

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and/or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) licenses are a plus.

We offer a compelling total rewards package that includes a competitive base salary and comprehensive benefits to support your total wellbeing.  The base pay range for this position is $116,450 - $157,500 USD Annual. The specific pay offered will depend on qualifications, experience, education and skill set. The compensation offered may also include an annual performance-based bonus, sales incentive plan or commission target.
