Your new role
As a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager, you will:

  • Lead and coordinate our budget cycles: prepare, consolidate, validate, challenge and analyze inputs, and present findings and recommendations in budget meetings with management and region.
  • Monitor and analyze Korea’s financial performance monthly/quarterly, provide performance updates to business units and management, propose and track corrective actions to ensure targets are met.
  • Act as a proactive finance business partner to Director F&O, Korea Management Team, business units, APAC FP&A and other stakeholders: support/challenge sales and market modelling, drive resource-allocation decisions, and share best practices across Korea and APAC.
  • Provide ad hoc financial analyses to optimize pricing, ensure Return on Investment (ROI), and ensure resource allocation for strategic initiatives. Support commercial or cross functional projects beyond F&O.
  • Drive standardization, continuous improvement and digitalization: lead projects to simplify processes, standardize tools/files, assess offshoring to Global Business Service (GBS), and enhance reporting via SAP BW, Excel and BI tools.
  • Participate in and lead cross functional and regional F&O projects (local and APAC), collaborating closely with other functions such as Business Insights, Supply Chain and others.
  • Lead and develop the finance team: set performance expectations, conduct reviews, foster cross functional collaboration mindset, and champion innovation and change initiatives.

Your skills & qualifications
We’re looking for a new Financial Planning & Analysis Manager who will value working in a high-paced, dynamic environment. You’ll bring with you:

  • Master’s degree (or equivalent) in business, finance, or economics.
  • 3–7 years’ FP&A experience with proven success post-qualification and ownership of planning processes and stakeholder management.
  • 2–3 years’ people management experience preferred.
  • Solid analytical experience, including extensive work with ERP systems and data warehouse tools with the ability to translate technical output into actionable business insights.
  • Mastery of numbers and business reporting; advanced Excel and spreadsheet modelling skills.
  • Good presentation, written and verbal communication skills; business-level fluency in English.
